National Mind started The Elephant in the Room as a Facebook profile encouraging people to be open about their mental health but it outgrew Facebook and now has it's own online page.

Elefriends is monitored by National Mind, Mondays to Fridays 10am - 5pm. 

(It is monitored once a day on weekends and Bank Holidays)
