Food and Mood Workshop

Wednesday October 25th 2017

1pm - 3pm at Boston Lodge


  • How eating healthy foods can do a lot to improve our mood and sense of  wellbeing.
  • We will provide an understanding of how  certain foods can affect our mood.
  • And exploring the relationship between what we eat and how we feel.


This is open to anyone aged 14-25 who accesses local mental health services
