What YPIM does to help ... after an initial friendly chat, if you decide that we can help you we will agree an action plan together. This could mean:
1-1 Caseworker Support...
• Caseworkers offer an inpartial, non judgemental support service.
• Usually weekly sessions of 40 minutes
• Caseworkers will help young people identify issues they want to change and support them to find solutions.

How can you be referred?
You can self refer, or be referred by your GP, mental health services or other agencies.
A referral form can be found at the top right hand side of this page. Or phone our reception on (01493) 842129 to request one.

Once you are registered as a member of YPiM, you can access our closed and secret facebook group page which we use to let you know about activities and events coming up and young people use it to build friendships and strengthen their support networks when YPiM is closed.
Sounds great, how can I join? You can refer yourself by completing the referral form on this site or ask a friend or family member to help you. You can also ask a professional to complete one for you.
What happens next? When we receive your referral, we will contact you to come and meet us for an initial friendly chat at our base or somewhere you feel comfortable (you can bring someone with you if it helps). Then if you decide that we can help you, we will agree an action plan together.
