How can you be referred?

You can self refer, or be referred by your GP, mental health services or other agencies.

A referral form can be found at the top right hand side of this page.  Or phone our reception on (01493) 842129 to request one.

YPiM and Facebook....we have two facebook pages, one open to all and one closed....

To find the open facebook page for YPiM; click on the link below:

Once you are registered as a member of YPiM, you can access our closed and secret facebook group page which we use to let you know about activities and events coming up and young people use it to build friendships and strengthen their support networks when YPiM is closed.

Sounds great, how can I join?  You can refer yourself by completing the referral form on this site or ask a friend or family member to help you.  You can also ask a professional to complete one for you.

What happens next?  When we receive your referral, we will contact you to come and meet us for an initial friendly chat at our base or somewhere you feel comfortable (you can bring someone with you if it helps).  Then if you decide that we can help you, we will agree an action plan together.

How can I find out more?  If you have questions about our service not answered here, you can find out more about YPiM in general by: emailing:
